I had a wonderful experience working with Zach and strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a better relationship with food and their bodies. I have worked with many other nutritionists in the past; however, Zach’s advice has been by far the most helpful to me in reaching and maintaining my physical goals. He helped me better manage my macros in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow. He is personable, professional and empathetic. During each session, Zach worked with me on figuring out which foods would most efficiently help me maintain my leanness but also put on lean muscle. He was very knowledgeable regarding the biology and science behind the effects of foods on my body.
