If you’re looking for a thoughtful, kind, well-educated, and a trainer who listens carefully to the client’s needs – Zach is your guy! I highly recommend him. I have bad knees and therefore have some exercise limitations, but he found interesting and useful exercises that work well for me. He’s also an encouraging trainer – i enjoyed my training sessions and learned a lot from him. I also like that he takes his time to review food logs and give constructive feedback. He has a holistic approach to fitness. In addition to that, the gym he is currently using to train his clients is very clean and follows the protocol set in place due to the pandemic – I felt safe to train in person. I will definitely train with him when I return to nyc
