I trained with Zach 2-3 times per week for more than 1.5 years, including the majority of the worst part of the pandemic in New York City. Zach is knowledgeable, generous, and extremely effective. During our time together, I lost weight and gained muscle, hitting all of my goals and exceeding many.. What I enjoyed most about our time together was the deep level of background knowledge Zach brought to our sessions. He would explain why we were doing a specific exercise, which muscle groups it targeted, and would even go into details about the physiological rationale for his choices. While this resonated with me–I”m a huge nerd–I know that he tailors his style to his specific client’s needs and desires. Full disclosure, Zach and I became close friends during our training sessions, so I am biased, but I can tell you that his professionalism, and sincere desire to help his clients reach their goals and keep up their routines and progress are qualities that will benefit any client. I have since moved out of the city and one of the things I miss are the hilarious, random, and sometimes incredibly introspective, conversations we had. Not only did they make the tough sessions go by faster, they also helped me through the stress of the world around me during those hard times. I miss working with Zach. You should hire him.
