Zach is a truly outstanding personal trainer that I can highly recommend to anyone, regardless of their goals or current fitness level. I have been working out with him once a week for the last 3 months, and I see a tremendous progress that I would have had achieved without Zach’s guidance. Zach is very personable, attentive, and mindful of your goals and limitations. He always makes you take that extra step but it’s always within the range of what’s doable for you. In addition, Zach is phenomenal at putting together a workout routine you can follow on your own so that you don’t have to spend extra time or energy on thinking through the exercises that fit your goals. Finally, Zach is very professional in his communications, has a ton of knowledge, including great nutrition advice, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to continuing our training sessions, and I am very glad I found him when I decided to get back to resistance training.
