I’ve been training with Zach for three years and he is the real deal. I’ve had trainers off and on in NYC at different gyms (Crunch, Equinox, the YMCA) and Zach is the guy that I’m sticking with. He takes time to learn about my goals and he likes to not only reassess them from time-to-time, but also get feedback on how he’s doing as my trainer. Zach always keeps the workouts interesting because he has a wealth of experience training different ages, physiques and for different goals. So no matter what kind of training program you seek, Zach will be able to keep evaluating and revising your program to make sure you achieve your goals. Zach is also a personable guy, but he’s no pushover. I’ve been able to get away with a lot of laziness and wimpy behavior with my other trainers over the years. Zach won’t really take any of that. He’s as committed to my personal health as I should be – sometimes more-so – and has helped me achieve results that I’ve never had with any trainer before.
