Train Smart. Get Strong. Stay Injury-Free.

Your Workouts Should Move You Forward—Not Hold You Back.

I’m here to help you train harder, smarter, and pain-free – so you can perform at your best in and out of the gym.

Elite Strength Coaching in Manhattan—Let’s Talk About You.

You’re busy. You take your career seriously. But you also take your body seriously.

Maybe you’ve been training for years. Maybe you’ve tried different coaches, classes, or programs. But something’s still missing:

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about training for life.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay stuck.

Most Workouts
Just Make You Sweat. That’s Not Enough.

There’s a reason most approaches fail to deliver real results.

You don’t need another workout.

You need a system that actually works for your body, your goals, and your life.

Longevity Strength Training in New York City

Helping busy professionals train hard without recurring injuries since 2009.

Hi, I’m Zach.

I’m a strength coach, mobility specialist, and nutritionist. And I help people build strong, resilient bodies that hold up for the long run.

Over the past 15+ years of coaching, I’ve noticed many people run into the same frustrating pattern: they train consistently for a while, something starts to hurt, and they’re forced to back off and rebuild momentum.

My work focuses on breaking that cycle.

Through a combination of strength training, movement analysis, and targeted mobility work, I help clients build bodies that can handle real training again—without constantly worrying about injuries or setbacks.

The goal here isn’t just getting stronger for the next few months. The goal is building a body that stays strong, mobile, and capable for decades.

I call this Longevity Strength Training. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to help.

Working with a coach is a big commitment. That’s why I offer two complimentary sessions—so you can see if it’s the right fit.

Where are you located?

I base my business at SportsLab NYC — a private training facility designed specifically for independent trainers and their clients.

We’re located at 295 Madison Avenue, on the corner of 41st Street and Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

No — there is no additional membership fee required to train at SportsLab NYC.

The facility also has full men’s and women’s locker rooms with complimentary towel service, grooming products, and everything you need before or after your session.

You can also rent a personal locker at the facility for a monthly fee.

Single sessions are $200 per session.

12-session packages are $185 per session, for a total of $2,220.

24-session packages are $170 per session, for a total of $4,080.

I also offer custom monthly programming if you want workouts to follow outside of our sessions together. Pricing for programming depends on the depth and complexity of your program, and we’ll discuss that together based on your goals and schedule.

For payment, I accept Visa, Amex, Venmo, Zelle, checks, and PayPal.

Your first session will be a complimentary assessment.

During that session, I’ll take you through a series of movement and mobility assessments to evaluate how your body currently moves and functions. We’ll assess your hips, shoulders, back, feet, ankles, and neck, as well as larger movement patterns and walking mechanics.

The goal is to understand what your body currently needs so we can build a program that helps you move better, get stronger, lower your risk of injury, and train with confidence.

Not at all.

I work with people across the fitness spectrum — from beginners to experienced lifters and athletes.

The only things you need to bring are a willingness to work and a good attitude.

I recommend starting with at least two sessions per week.

That allows us to learn your body faster, build momentum, improve your movement quality more quickly, and dial your program in as efficiently as possible.

From there, it may make sense to reduce to once per week depending on your goals, schedule, and progress. However, if you’re only training with me once per week, you will need a custom monthly program to follow on your own between sessions.

Yes — that’s my specialty.

Most of the people I work with are either dealing with pain, stiffness, movement restrictions, or old injuries that continue to affect how they train and feel day to day.

Everything we do is tailored to your body, your movement capabilities, and your injury history. The goal is to improve your mobility, build functional strength, reduce unnecessary wear and tear on your joints, and help you train hard, safely, and consistently for the long run.
