I was faced with a major health challenge in late 2017 when I was suffering from a seriously inflamed herniated disc. Thankfully over a 3 month period it was able to be addressed with physical therapy, but I was left debilitated, out of shape and 15-20 lbs overweight. I was not feeling good. I was referred to Zach by a friend and starting working with him in early 2018. He worked closely with me to teach me about nutrition and to develop both nutrition and exercise programs to address my back issues, lose the weight I wanted to lose and develop strength. I went from taking steroids and ibuprofen like candy for the pain to taking none to this day. He helped me learn how to tackle my issues through exercise and nutrition. I feel better now than ever. Working with Zach is also a ton of a fun. He takes what he does very seriously but he doesn’t take himself too seriously.
