I chose Zach after searching extensively for coaching to help me restart weight training safely (after a decade-long hiatus). Zach shared many exercises designed to realign and stabalize, while working around and with old injuries. Since working with Zach; my strength, stability and stamina have improved noticeably. We’ve now moved beyond the initial positioning and mobility work to increasing intensity of weight training – resulting in me feeling like myself again in terms of mental, physical and emotional strength.
